The History Of My Google Scooter
I won this Google scooter at a Google Holiday Party in 2001. It is a Zap! Zappy Electric Scooter, specs here, that apparenlty was customized with Google colors, slogans and logos decorated by an artist that Google hired.
The footprints of Google founders, Sergey Brin and Larry Page are printed on the riding board. This is lucky #7 of only 22 in existence according to this Certificate I was given with the Scooter. It has the original box, instruction manual, and battery charger.
The Google scooter has never been ridden. I have kept it safe in the original box for fear that if I put it on display, my 4 year old son would peel the Google logos off or something else too terrible to think about.
